Who is behind this website?
My name is Dimitris. I’m based in Athens, Greece. I’ve got a Computer Science degree from the University of Piraeus’ Department of Digital Systems. What really caught my interest were the Digital Signal Processing and Software Engineering lectures. By day, I work as a Software Engineer. By night, I’m usually found meditating on my guitar, and going nerd-mode with guitar tones. I’ve always been drawn to the pursuit of the perfect tone. Constantly refining, adjusting, and tweaking more knobs than I can count. For me, great sound is only part of the equation. Touch and feel play an equally important role. When a strong foundational tone meets expressive dynamics, you unlock a deeper interaction with the instrument. Every nuance of your touch becomes audible, every subtle variation comes to life. I’ve also had the privilege of doing session work for various artists. You can find more information about that in the dedicated Session Work Request Page.
What this site is about
This website was previously under the domain of tonegod.art and jimmypickboy.wordpress.com. Currently under divadsp.com. You know that feeling when your guitar sounds exactly how you hear it in your head? Yeah, that’s the goal here. All you really need is an audio interface and you’re good to go. The process of tone matching can be really frustrating and boring. Endless menus, too many knobs, option paralysis, before you know it, you’ve spent an hour tweaking instead of actually playing. That’s where I come in. I do the geeky, grind-it-out part so you don’t have to. What you hear in the demos is what my presets deliver. Your guitar, your interface, your hands, that’s the only difference. I’ll be sharing impulse responses, guitar and bass presets, as well as vst plugins, to help you reach your tonal dreams.
Standards
All my patches follow the K-14 level standard. Why? Because nothing kills the vibe like loading a preset and getting blasted with random volume spikes. If you’ve ever been scared by a sudden jump in gain while wearing headphones, you know exactly what I mean. Standards exist for a reason.

Affiliation with artists
You might notice some album artwork or band logos around here. Those are strictly for reference, just so you know what kind of sound a preset is going for. They belong to their respective owners, period. No affiliation or endorsement is involved. Same goes for the product names. They are descriptive, nothing more. Think of it as “sounds like,” not “sponsored by.” Amp brand names? Also trademarked by their owners. We’re not connected. We just really like the way certain gear sounds and try to get as close as we can. At the end of the day, this is just one person’s attempt to recreate some guitar and bass tones from the studio. Inspired by the sounds we love, made with care, and shared with anyone who’s chasing the same thing.
